4. Intellectual Property

- Clients retain ownership of approved client-specific deliverables upon full payment
- Ad Monies Ltd. retains ownership of internal systems, workflows, methodologies, reusable frameworks, and proprietary operational processes
Third-party software, themes, plugins, apps, templates, and licensed tools remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Monies Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- lost profits
- lost revenue
- indirect damages
- operational interruptions
- business losses
- third-party platform failures
- data loss
- content inaccuracies supplied by clients
- shipping or fulfillment issues
- external service interruptions
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables prior to launch or implementation.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- reviewing deliverables
- validating supplied content
- maintaining account access security
- complying with applicable laws and regulations
Ad Monies Ltd. is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or changing client-supplied information.
7. Payments & Billing
Payment terms are governed by approved quotes, invoices, contracts, retainers, and related agreements.
Failure to provide payment according to agreed schedules may result in:
- paused work
- delayed scheduling
- suspension of services
- withheld deliverables until balances are resolved
8. Support & Ongoing Services
Ongoing support, revisions, onboarding, troubleshooting, and additional requests are governed by our published support policies.

9. Business Hours
Standard business hours are:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Closed weekends and statutory holidays.
Availability outside standard business hours is not guaranteed.
10. Acceptable Conduct
Clients and users agree not to:
- engage in abusive behavior
- make fraudulent requests
- misuse Ad Monies systems or communications
- attempt unauthorized access
- interfere with operations or services
Ad Monies Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services involving abusive, threatening, or unreasonable conduct.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Ad Monies Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update:

- operational procedures
- service structures
- support terms
at any time without prior notice.
