Project Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all website development, digital services, technical consulting, and related work performed by Ad Monies Ltd.


1. Scope of Work

Project scope is defined by the approved quote, proposal, or written agreement.

Any work, functionality, integrations, revisions, or requests not explicitly included within the approved scope may require additional quoting and approval.


Written Confirmation Requirement

Verbal discussions, exploratory conversations, brainstorming sessions, phone calls, or informal communications do not modify approved scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, or operational policies unless confirmed in writing by Ad Monies Ltd.

Written confirmation may include:

  • email
  • approved quotes
  • invoices
  • signed agreements
  • approved change orders
  • written project confirmations

2. Payment Terms

Project payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule outlined within the approved quote or agreement.

Payment milestones are tied to:

  • project progress
  • completed phases
  • reserved production time

and are not solely dependent on final public launch date.

Client-caused delays do not pause or defer scheduled payments.


3. Client Delays & Timeline Extensions

Project timelines depend on timely communication, approvals, feedback, scheduling, and content delivery from the client.

Delays caused by:

  • missing materials
  • delayed approvals
  • operational indecision
  • stakeholder changes
  • scheduling delays
  • incomplete information

may result in:

  • extended timelines
  • scheduling adjustments
  • project queue repositioning

Ad Monies Ltd. is not responsible for delays resulting from client-side inactivity or delayed participation.


4. Scheduling & Availability

Ad Monies Ltd. schedules projects based on active production availability.

Projects delayed by client inactivity or incomplete onboarding may lose reserved scheduling priority and may be rescheduled based on current production workload.


5. Revision Policy

Reasonable revisions are included within agreed project scope during designated project phases.

Additional billable work may include:

  • excessive revisions
  • redesign after approval
  • stakeholder-driven rework
  • changing creative direction
  • functionality additions beyond original scope

6. Third-Party Platforms & Services

Ad Monies Ltd. works with third-party platforms and services including, but not limited to:

  • Shopify
  • Google
  • Meta/Facebook
  • app integrations
  • hosting providers
  • payment processors
  • shipping/logistics providers

Ad Monies Ltd. is not responsible for:

  • third-party outages
  • policy changes
  • API limitations
  • account restrictions
  • external platform behavior
  • third-party pricing changes

7. Support & Ongoing Services

Post-launch support, updates, onboarding, and ongoing requests are governed by Ad Monies Ltd.’s Support & Service Terms.

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of all required payments:

  • clients retain ownership of approved website assets and content created specifically for their project
  • clients receive appropriate administrative access to applicable platforms where applicable

Third-party software, plugins, themes, apps, or licensed tools remain subject to their respective licensing terms.


9. Launch & Final Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing:

  • content
  • functionality
  • pricing
  • policies
  • operational settings
  • images
  • navigation
  • checkout behavior

prior to launch approval.

Approval to launch constitutes acceptance of the delivered website state at launch.

Post-launch changes fall under support or additional billable work unless otherwise agreed.


Client Final Review Responsibility

Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all:

  • content
  • pricing
  • policies
  • images
  • operational settings
  • product information
  • shipping settings
  • functionality
  • navigation
  • integrations

prior to launch approval.

Approval to launch constitutes acceptance of the website state at launch.


10. Limitation of Liability

Ad Monies Ltd. shall not be held liable for:

  • business losses
  • indirect damages
  • lost profits
  • operational interruptions
  • third-party platform failures
  • client-supplied content errors

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final content and functionality prior to launch.


11. Policy Updates

Ad Monies Ltd. reserves the right to update policies, pricing, operational procedures, and service structures at any time.

Updated policies apply to future work and ongoing services moving forward.


12. Business Hours

Standard business hours are:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

Closed weekends and statutory holidays.
